The new Thai series is on its way to premiere soon. The Three GentleBros, also known as Khu Thae Mae Mai Love, is built around a mother and her three sons. The Koo Ekkasit Trakulkasemsuk and Pantip Vibultham-directed series is set in a familial and romantic setting. The series is adapted from Hideo Sunshine’s novel series. GMM 25 produced The Three GentleBros along with Keng Kwang Kang as a drama project during the 2021 event “GMMTV 2022 Borderless.”
The show is complete with cast members Kathaleeya McIntosh or Mam as Pimpattra, the mother, Ishikawa Plowden or Luke, Tawan Vihokratana or Hand, and Atthaphan Phunsawat or Gun as the three sons. Other cast members that you might want to look out for are Sutatta Udomsilp or Punpun as Nuengnaret, Rachanun Mahawan or Film as View, and Worranit Thawornwong or Mook as Kaewkla.
Another notable thing about the cast members is that some have worked together. Actors Tay and Punpun have worked in “Secret Seven”, Mook and Luke have worked in “Oh My Boss”, and Film and Gun appeared in the show “Not me.”

The Three GentleBros Preview
The show portrays the brotherly relationship as well as the mother-son relationship. But here’s a twist. The three children of Pimpattra, the mother, are each of three different fathers. The sons see their mother as overbearing. There are many layers to their complicated relationship; that is all we need to unpack.
The three brothers, Itchaya, Thevis, and Ashira, are all set up for marriage by their mother. Pimpattra has already planned and is actively looking for women who will be suitable for her beloved sons.
Itchaya, played by Ishikawa Plowden or Luke, Thevis, played by Tawan Vihokratana or Hand, and Ashira, played by Atthaphan Phunsawat or Gun, however, feel burdened by their mother’s “overbearing” love. The way their mother is always looking after them makes them feel trapped. Though there is a lot of misunderstanding regarding the mother and son’s love for each other, Pimpattra goes ahead to find them suitable women to wife.
Another problem arises as Pimpattra starts looking for women. She eventually finds three women who are brought up slightly differently than her sons. It creates more conflict in the family as they all try to warm up to each other. It might take a lot of sacrifice and understanding to overcome the situation. Will it ever get resolved?
The Three GentleBros Trailer Explained
The official trailer was dropped about a week ago on the GMMTV Official YouTube Channel. It begins with Pimpattra being overjoyed because finally, she gets to live with her three sons. However, there might be a clash of emotions since her sons don’t feel the same way.
Itchaya, the eldest son, reveals at the dinner table that he is living with them only because his place is under repair. The middle son Thevis is staying there because the place is near his workplace. The youngest brother Ashira puts it even more bluntly, “I’m only here because I can’t be anywhere else.”
This does not worry Pimpattra one bit. She feels that she has everything under control as she plans to send them away in an arranged marriage. This is where the conflict arises. However, the woman Pimpattra chose for her sons seemed off-key to the family Pimpattra created. They seem like the kind of women Pimpattra would disagree with. The situation elevates into an emotional one, and the knots seem to touch to untie.
It’s only a week till the premiere. Will the situation resolve itself, or will it only lead to a dead-end?
The Three GentleBros Episode 1 Release Date
The Thai series The Three GentleBros will be premiered on 10th October 2022. Initially, the series was decided to be released on the 3rd of October, which got postponed due to a problem during filming, as the GMMTV team put it.
The Three GentleBros Episode 1: How To Watch
The series will now be aired twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:30 pm Indochina Time. To watch from other time zones, be sure to check it out at 9:00 pm Indian time, 4:30 pm British time, 11:30 am Eastern time, and 1:30 am Australian time (on 11th October 2022). Besides GMMTV, the series will also air on the Viu TV app for online streaming.
