Chapter 6 of The Serial Killer Is Reincarnated Into Another World shows Shirukyi on a mission to murder Sil Sil and Mil Mil, the twins who were reincarnated. They have a cheat skill called Great Resonance which greatly amplifies their power. They are both high-ranking in magic and always work together.
They reside in the Twin Demon Towers, where they practice experiments on human bodies. Shirukyi joins forces with a powerful knight called Sacred and his squad, where she acts as a scout because their previous scout, Ludo had been poisoned.
The twin demon towers only appear for people who reach a certain level, and inside that tower is rumored to be the daughter of the Demon King, Lunatic. Defeating her would be second best to the Reincarnate’s achievements.
However, defeating her would be difficult because the Demon King himself overpowered humanity easily. His daughter must also be as strong or nearly as powerful as him.
Meanwhile, Mil Mil and Sil Sil send a bat who finds out that Shirukyi, Sacred, and his squad are about to arrive at the towers. They had created this tower on the advice of Sato because they were killing a lot of people, and rumor was starting to spread. As a result, they created these twin towers to lure people in to experiment on them.
They had kept Lunatic hostage because she was their most prized possession to attract bait. The quest to conquer the twin towers has begun.
