The Chinese drama The Princess and The Werewolf was originally adapted from a novel written by Xian Cheng titled “Tai Zi Fei Sheng Zhi Ji 2: Gong Zhu Shang Jia Ji”.
The other name for the drama is Go Princess, Go! Season 2 also, as the name suggests here, the drama is known as a sequel to Go, Princess, Go! (2015), which was based on the first part of Xian Cheng’s novel. The prequel drama had a Korean remake called “Mr. Queen,” which was a major hit.

The Princess and The Werewolf: Plot
The story starts with Qi Pa popular princess of the Da Xia Kingdom. One day she wakes up only to find that she has reached a strange world. But actually, she was abducted by the King of Beast Kingdom, a wolf beast Kui Mulang.
The kingdom she arrived in is completely different from the normal world. A lot’s mystery, fantasy, and abnormalities lie here. And the people of this kingdom are half-human and turn into a beast at night.
Qi Pa tries to return to her normal world, but Kui Mulang markets it as impossible for her, as he falls in love with her and wants to keep by by his side always and to do so, he finds the only way, which is to marry her.
With Qi Pa repeated attempts to escape on the other side, she keeps encountering a man named Li Xiong. The beast would be at her side at night, and Li Xiong would accompany her in the day.
As Qi Pa starts living in this beast kingdom, she discovers more secrets and facts about this strange fairyland. And while doing her discoveries, she finally finds out that Li Xiong and Kui Mu Lang are, in fact, the same people.
As she spends more time with the beast, she gradually starts falling in love with him. But the question can this human can stay forever in such a kingdom without any complications? Will this Beauty and Beast have a happy ending like in storybooks?
