The most-watched guessing game in the nation, The Masked Singer UK 2024, is set to return to television screens with the premiere of series 5. Once more, twelve brand-new celebrities will assume the roles of twelve personas and perform a disguised song on stage.

The identity of one of the masked singers on the UK edition of the popular show, music icon Dionne Warwick, was shockingly revealed to the audience on Saturday night. She was sent home after just one episode.
When “Weather” first appeared on the show, she was very well disguised. However, as soon as she started singing, the majority of the four judges and many fans at home realized that she was probably Warwick.
In the first episode of the new series, she performed on stage alongside six other celebrities dressed in disguise. In the last moments of the program, she was among the three artists who faced the prospect of being sent home.
“Weather,” a five-time Grammy winner and Burt Bacharach muse, was revealed as the candidate who lost the vote between the final two when the judges chose to save another competitor. She smiled and seemed unaffected by returning home, leading fans to conjecture on social media that she had demanded a single appearance in exchange for her participation in the UK event.
A one-week contract must be made available for anyone who wishes to participate in #MaskedSingerUK if Dionne Warwick is eliminated first, but it shouldn’t be for too long. Maybe they just don’t want to spend another week acting like Weather isn’t her.

The judging panel will once again include Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, and Rita Ora. However, it has been hinted that Rita won’t be able to attend one of the events due to prior business obligations.
In addition to keeping Rita’s seat warm while she’s away, Fabulous actress Jennifer Saunders is reportedly scheduled to “bring plenty of laughs and energy,” according to The Sun.
