The Live Chapter 124 reveals the mystery behind Archangel Raphael vs. Ramar, The Immortal Beast. Raphael is surprised how a mere human can wield the powers of the Legendary Immortal Beast. Ramar slashes Raphael, who is on the brink of death. Louise worries that the battle is taking too long, and once Ramar reaches 100%, he will consume Jungyun’s body. Raphael refuses to die at the hands of a mere human.
The chapter begins with Raphael asking Ramar if he thinks a mighty Archangel could die after being cut. Ramar replies that he is testing his powers and is not surprised that Raphael is still alive since he loves to face a worthy opponent who will give him a tough battle that will satisfy him before he kills him.
Jungyun realizes that Ramar does get awakened to have a boring fight. Ramar wonders if the Archangels are tough, but he will finish Raphael soon and feed him his words for underestimating the powers of common humans. Raphael summons lighting and powers from the fifth heavens to punish Ramar. Ramar uses the Immortal Blade to block Heavenly Powers.
Raphael believes that the Immortal Blade is Ramar’s source of power. He realizes that if he brakes it into pieces, he will shut Ramar’s awakening powers. Ramar and Raphael challenge each other to see who is the strongest being. Raphael believes that nothing will ever surpass the powers of Archangels, and humans or Immortal are mere being to his lord Metatron. Louise reminds Jungyun to hurry before running out of time.
But Ramar is still interested in a contest of strength and wants to show Raphael that he is the most powerful Immortal being to ever step on the battlefield. He knows that he can finish Raphael with single blows, but he wants more entertainment before finishing the fight. Raphael begins to play dirty games and attack Louise since he wants to see Ramar’s true strength.

Raphael asks Ramar what he feels after Louise gets hurt. Ramar loves and imbues his Immortal Blade with blue lightning. He reveals that a contract binds him and his friends in exchange for taking the enemy’s body. Ramar is glad that he will be receiving something very important. Raphael wonders what is happening after Ramar tosses his Immortal Blade in midair.
Ramar unleashes Immortal Claws and cuts Raphael’s left side of his body. The Immortal Blade continues to swing midair, waiting for Ramar to grab and cut Raphael. Ramar reveals that Raphael’s body will become his strength. Raphael refuses to let Ramar take his body and summons a Demonic Sword. But Ramar proves that he can keep up with Raphael’s Demonic Sword.
Raphael switches to hand-to-hand combat. But he still has no match against Ramar, who made him eat left hook, right hook, uppercut, straight right, and body kicks. Raphael realizes that Ramar is good in sword combat and martial arts and wonders how he will fight with him. Ramar showers Raphael with barrages he has never received in his life and asks Raphael if he thought he would lose without Immortal Blade.
Ramar is yet to wield the Immortal Blade that he tossed midair. He asks Raphael if he thinks he can win in hand-to-hand combat. Raphael got beaten in a way that he lost his Demonic Sword and realized that here comes trouble since he landed under the Immortal Sword that is coming down. Ramar grabs the Immortal Sword before Raphael can blink.
He cuts Raphael, who is yet to die since Archangels don’t die easily. Louise realizes that Raphael vs. Ramar is a dangerous battle, and it won’t need soon. Louise summons strange powers after noting that Ramar has possessed 75% of Jungyun’s body. She decided to end Raphael with single blows. Raphael notices that Louise is up to something, and he summons Archangel’s wings.
He is surprised that a human is making him reveal that form. Raphael Unleshs 0-King of The Heavens Technique. But Ramar reveals that he swills uck Raphael dry and kills him with a single strike. Louise is about to upset Ramar.
