The Legend of Zhuohua Episode 27 & 28 Recap
Now, let’s take a little trip down memory lane and review the jaw-dropping drama that has so far played out before we delve deep into the highly anticipated release dates for episodes 29 and 30.
Things took a rather unexpected turn in our last exciting episode. Liu Yan, our favorite character, was in a terrible predicament. Seriously, even for a top doctor, that was a difficult situation. Yes, Liu Yan became very unwell, the type of illness that would cause a doctor to give up.
The surprising part is that Liu Yan chose to prevent Mu Zhuo Hua from knowing about her precarious condition, in an amazing act of fortitude and willpower. What a plot twist! In his mysterious manner, Liu Yan implied that he’d prefer to drown his own emotions in hatred than run the chance of missing Mu Zhuo Hua.
Liu Yan took a brave step and removed himself from his high position, adding fuel to the flames. He reasoned that the capital would descend into complete anarchy if he didn’t. Now that we understand what we mean by a heroic sacrifice.
When you thought the drama couldn’t be any more thrilling, Mu Zhou Hua, who has always been a solid character, urgently pleaded for an official’s assistance in reuniting Liu Yan with her. He said that Liu Yan was gone somewhere, taking a “rest.”
