The Kingdoms of Ruin is the upcoming anime whose story takes place in a world where humans and witches live in harmony. But the sudden revolution in scientific technology made the powers of a witch unnecessary. The humans are no longer interested in the witches and their magical powers. And so, the Lydian Empire decides to kill all the witches.
Among them was the ice witch, Chloe Morgan. She was the teacher of Kaito Ishikawa, who got killed while protecting Kaito. After seeing his teacher get killed by the soldiers, Kaito promises to take revenge on the person responsible for killing his teacher.
