People always get fascinated by the Thanksgiving of each of their favorite celebrities and try to follow them. Every year, many celebrities celebrate Thanksgiving with a heavy feast with their families and friends. But this year seems a bit different for some of the celebrities in the music industry.
Several artist were seen planning and organizing charity events to show their appreciation for their communities. They are trying to influence others to join them in the events and giveaways to make sure that the less fortunate can also take part in the joy of Thanksgiving.
Many of the greatest artists in the hip-hop and entertainment industry hosted turkey drives for families that were in need. Ne-Yo, Fat Joe, Quavo, YG, ASAP Ferg, and Lola Brooke hosted charity events and turkey drives to help families struggling for good food.

Ne-Yo
On November 21, Ne-Yo collaborated with Performance Foodservice and gave Thanksgiving meals to more than 200 single mothers and their children. The Thanksgiving drive took place in the City of Refuge in Atlanta, which is an organization that takes care of the people who are suffering.
He also performed for the crowd in the organization, took photos with them, and spent some quality time with them. He arrived at the drive along with his four kids.
Fat Joe
Fat Joe has shared a picture on Instagram showing the huge lines of people attending the Turkey drive. Fat Joe partnered with Krasdale Foods, one of the biggest supermarket chains, to give out Thanksgiving meals to the poor people in his hometown, The Bronx.
The rapper shared how his family used to borrow money to make a Thanksgiving dinner in his childhood days. He is really happy to help the poor in his town with what he has today. All the Way Up hitmaker was photographed with the groceries that he handed over to families waiting in line.
Quavo
Quavo, who has been organizing the Turkey giveaway for the past two years now, has decided to involve the Huncho Farms Farmers market in this year’s Thanksgiving.
On November 20, Quavo and his team decided to provide the community with the debut Huncho farm giveaway, where many of the families were given bread, meats, farm products, and pastries. They did the giveaway at Quavo Cares.
Thanksgiving also included some gift baskets with Huncho-specific items like their cookbooks, aprons, food stamps, etc.
Quavo Cares has hosted the Thanksgiving turkey giveaway for the past two years. The organization mainly focuses on improving the lives of the young generation through arts, sports, and education.
YG
Hundreds of families were gathered at Campanella Park for YG’s Thanksgiving drive on November 20. The famous rapper’s foundation, 4Hunnid Ways Foundation, along with Zeus Network and fashion brand Rosecrans, decided to give away turkeys and supplies for the poor at Crompton.
4Hunnid Ways Foundation’s mission is to enhance the lives of disadvantaged youth who are a part of the foster care or group home system. They aim mainly at three primary programs: STEM, YG’s Kids, and Job Development.
Lola Brooke
Lola Brooke organized a giveaway in the Children of Promise Organization in her Brooklyn town. The organization focuses mainly on arranging services for children and young people whose parents are in prison.
Lola, along with Sei Less restaurant co-owner Dara Mirjahangiry, offered the kids an Asian fusion twist on the traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
ASAP Ferg
ASAP Ferg, who is an American Rapper, was seen providing families with turkeys and other essential groceries in his Thanksgiving drive. Ferg was seen distributing the bag of Turkeys along with his friends to the people in Harlem.
