The episode starts with her staring at the workers who are cleaning the blood off of the glasses. Soon, Narissa comes in to tell Diane that the man who actually fell in front of her office was not a case of suicide. Turns out that the man was just going on about hanging a banner but accidentally slipped.
As he fell off, he also ended up killing the protestors who were on the street right at that moment. But the media is making a huge mess out of it, and the word is that this man committed suicide at the top of their law firm. Later in the episode, we see that Diane and Liz are trying to protect the president of Wilson Clayman College in her legal case. Ms. Allen Hellman has been accused in a case that alleges that she does not offer enough protection to the children studying at the institution. The case started when a dummy bomb was found in the hallway of their college.
As for Allen, all she said to the students and staff present there was not to worry about it. This makes the workers and students worried about how she may react in a case when there is an actual bomb and they are not able to do anything. The students are protesting to get their money back from the college as their parents do not want them to go to such a careless school ever again. Also, there is footage of the speech which is brought in by the opposition. It talks about how the protestors are triggered by the comments Allen made about racism.
