We will Komura-san, who is shy, as most of the middle school boys go, who has a crush on a girl with glasses that sits next to him. It is as simple as the title suggests. While at school, Komura fantasizes about being together with her and often wishes she would look at him, even if it is through her big thick glasses.
Never being able to talk to her, Komura always tries to go on about his daily life. After only three days of the new seating arrangement that has brought them next to each other, Mie has forgotten her glasses and has trouble doing everything. Thus, Komura helps Mie; however, whenever she gets too close to him, it is hard for him to keep his heartbeat and nervousness in check.
