The First Descendant developer Nexon has released the latest results of its weekly enforcement campaign against abusive players, revealing that 400 accounts were penalized between June 19 and June 25, 2026 (PDT). The report outlines actions taken against players found using unauthorized programs, exploiting the game’s payment systems, participating in abnormal transactions, or engaging in unusual gameplay behavior.
According to the official notice, the studio continues to inspect player activity
“to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.”
Nexon also encouraged players to use the in-game reporting feature whenever they encounter suspicious or abusive behavior.
The latest enforcement report highlights the developer’s ongoing effort to maintain fair play while introducing regular game updates that improve gameplay systems and fix bugs across multiple platforms.
Nexon permanently bans nine players and penalizes hundreds more
The latest crackdown resulted in three permanent bans for players found creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs, while another six players received permanent bans for exploiting payment processes related to the Open Store to obtain unfair gains.
In addition, Nexon imposed a seven-day trading restriction on one account after detecting abnormal transaction records.
The largest category involved players flagged for unusual gameplay activity. A total of 390 users received a three-day separate matchmaking penalty, temporarily isolating them from the standard matchmaking pool under the game’s operational policy. The developer published a full list of affected account names in its official notice.
Nexon clarified that these actions were based on a combination of player reports and its own monitoring systems. Players who believe they were incorrectly penalized for Open Store payment exploitation can submit an appeal through the game’s official customer support, while payment-related chargeback cases must be handled through the platform store where the purchase was made.
Patch 1.3.32 brings gameplay improvements alongside the enforcement update

The anti-cheat announcement follows closely behind The First Descendant Patch 1.3.32, which introduced several gameplay improvements and bug fixes across Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox.
One of the biggest changes affects Shape Stabilizers. Instead of modifying reward probabilities, Shape Stabilizers now increase the Shaping Count, allowing players to progress faster when shaping Amorphous Materials. Common Shape Stabilizers now add one point, while Advanced versions add five points.
The update also improves quality of life by allowing players to launch Infiltration Operations and Special Operations directly from the World Map while exploring the field. Movement speed when carrying holdable objects has also been corrected, and the barrier used by The Administrator during the Bastion of Immortality operation has been refined.
Patch 1.3.32 additionally introduces a new use for obsolete blueprints through the Info Grid Extract system, where eligible blueprints can now be dismantled into Info Grid Tokens at Anais in Albion instead of becoming unused inventory items.
Alongside these changes, Nexon fixed numerous issues affecting Descendant skills, event progression, Onslaught Mode, monsters, UI elements, customization, and weapon functionality. Several skill tooltip errors were corrected, Ines’ Dark Current damage calculations were adjusted, and multiple progression bugs tied to events and HQ Special Orders were resolved.
