Recap
The previous episode of The Escape of Seven opens up with Ju Seok being disappeared. He orders everyone to search for him immediately. The drama then moves to the penthouse of Matthew Lee. Jin Mo oversees Matthew, who was talking to Paeng Hee.
Ha Na runs toward Matthew and hugs him, saying she loves him the most. The father-daughter affection between Matthew and Ha Na makes Jin Mo jealous, who is overwatching them from above. The story then goes to a flashback on how Jin Mo ended up at Matthew’s penthouse.
Jin Mo, the day before, calls Kang Gi Tak from a phone booth, who tells him that Matthew is the real K and that they are duped again. He also tells how Matthew has lured others to him.
Jin Mo goes to meet Matthew to know the whole, but he doesn’t know that he stepped into the trap set by Matthew. He was beaten up and dragged to Matthew, which proves to Jin Mo that Matthew is actually Sim Jun Seok.
Matthew reveals to Jin Mo how he lures Noh Paeng Hee and his daughter Ha Na. Matthew now knows the weakness of Jin Mo is Paeng Hee, and he threatens Jin Mo, saying he will now kill her first with his own hands. Jin Mo pleaded not to hurt her, and Matthew asked Jin Mo to cut his one arm in return.
Jin Mo gest convinced and took the axe to chop off his arm, but then we were stopped by Matthew, who said he was impressed by Jin Mo’s loyalty. So, instead, he would like to keep Jin Mo as his slave for his whole life.
The episode ended with K being present at Sungchan’s exhibition party. The seven are again terrified because they are given a new mission, and this time, K is also at the scene. Meanwhile, Matthew meets Director Han Ji Na, his next target. Matthew very cleanly kills Ji Na and places her body on the throne.
