Recap And Review
The Eminence in Shadow Season 2 Episode 8 was a filler episode as mentioned earlier with the members of the Shadow Garden going on a free adventure to locate Shadow. As Skel and Po found some spring resort tickets from Cid’s room or rather stole from his room, they thought this was a hint by Shadow for inviting them on a date.
The episode went on to see some additional members of the Shadow Garden including Elta and Zeta who have been missing this season so far. The Shadow Garden ended up having a fun time at the resort totally forgetting about Shadow and enjoying their vacation even though it was interrupted by a water Dragon by the end of their vacation.
Preview And Expectations
The Eminence in Shadow Season 2 Episode 9 is going to be titled “Key” and as the fans expected, the preview which was released earlier today showcased the return of Cid to the anime after his absence in the latest episode.
However, his return is not the most prominent thing in the preview rather it is Delta’s determination as to why she has become strong and what she has been doing so far. To everyone’s surprise, the interesting thing that Preview also adds is an addition of a new character that is going to be Shadow’s follower.
Delta enhances this new follower by calling her out and mentions that she and the latter are special especially since the latter was given power from the Shadow himself. Well, we are not sure if Delta is overthinking things or if it is for real, but the preview does see Cid which indicates that he will return and probably inform us what this is going to be about.
