The Dangers in My Heart Episode 1 introduce to us Kyotaro who is a high school student keen on fantasizing about a fellow classmate, Anna murdering her. He is so determined that even carries a box cutter for it. Once they are alone in class, Kyotaro notices that Anna has odd behaviors.
Seeing that Anna needs something to cut for her schoolwork he hands her the box-cutter a weapon meant to murder her to help her. Later, he notices that Anna has returned his weapon at his desk noticing that she knows where he seats.
When Kyotaro notices even more odd behaviors, he is tempted to help Anna. Kyotaro finds Anna in a magazine store where the latter is trying to get noticed as she is also a magazine model which makes the former very embarrass for her. The next while going to school, Anna is being harassed by a fellow classmate and Kyotaro dives his bike into a river to distract Anna realizes that he did it to help her, and she is happy about it.
