Seth Rollins is among the best wrestlers in the world now. In recent months, Rollins and CM Punk have engaged in a heated verbal sparring match. Rollins allegedly thought Punk’s return to WWE was a betrayal.
With his record-breaking return at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event, CM Punk has had a big influence on WWE’s success. Seth Rollins was clearly unhappy after Punk’s Survivor Series comeback.
In an Ariel Helwani interview for the MMA Hour, Becky Lynch was asked if she was taken aback by CM Punk’s comeback. Lynch acknowledged that she was, stating that she was unaware of his return.
Big Time Becks, aka Becky, said that CM Punk’s comeback was a slight to Seth Rollins. She said that WWE ought to have notified its biggest performers in advance.
“He experienced disdain. However, we do think of ourselves, as I mentioned before. Surely, we are the universe? Everyone in the group. Though nobody is saying, “I want to disrespect him,” we are the universe.
Thus, even if we could feel insulted, nobody is purposefully stating, “Let me disrespect this person,” you understand? Naturally, that ought to have been considered. Of course, you ought to have told your biggest fans.
However, as I already stated, no one is asking themselves, “How can I disrespect my world champion, my top star?” How am I going to offend him? That is not what everyone is thinking.
Even on this week’s Monday Night RAW episode, Seth Rollins and CM Punk persisted in their heated exchanges over the microphone. However, whether Punk and Rollins will eventually clash in a match remains uncertain.
