Sionna continues to do her best to protect Etienne from the other servant and she is willing to even give her life to do so. The narrative of this Manhwa has surely taken an interesting turn and fans cannot comprehend the bond between Etienne and Sionna.
These two have gone to lengths to protect each other and continue to do so but fate has something else for them. The latest chapter of the series was really interesting as Sionna and Etienne aren’t getting rest from the others at all.
The other servants are pretty keen on keeping them far apart as they should be considering how important Sionna is but our protagonist continues to do everything she can to be with Etienne. Recap And Review
The Bondservant Chapter 17 continues to see Josef pining down on Etienne for being closer to Sionna. Suddenly Sionna picks up a rock to hit Josef with it but at the last moment, Etienne gets the rock off of her hand.
Etienne proceeds to tell her that she does not need to get herself in trouble for his sake. However, Sionna proceeds to tell him that she doesn’t care about the consequences she would have to face as long as she is with him.
Sionna goes even as far as to say that she is willing to put her life on the line for him which Josef and Etienne tell her that she is too precious to be doing so. As Josef is willing to let Etienne go, Sionna tells the latter that he should take care of himself tend to the wounds, and avoid the other servants and they will meet in the morning.
However, five weeks go by and Sionna doesn’t have a single chance to even get out of the house. In addition to this, as the chapter comes to an end, we see Eli has something to tell Sionna which makes her worry if this is going to be about Eitenne but Eli tells her that the Count wants to meet her and she should be dressed well for the occasion.
