Tetikcinin Oglu is a new Turkish drama, full of intense action and an epic tale, that was released on April 11th, 2023. Also known by its English title- ‘Son of The Shooter,’ it is a FOX network original that focuses on crime and holds a lot of climatic, action-packed scenes and dense emotional tension.
The script for the series is created by Gökhan Horzum, while co-directed by Yağız Alp Akaydın and Emre Aybek. Tetikcinin Oglu- Story Synopsis
Tetikcinin Oglu is the story of Iskender and Korkmaz, two friends who have been close together for 40 years, going through thick and thin together. Iskender is a leader who has a massive business of illegal operations. It was a long time ago when Iskender had stumbled upon a dying Korkmaz and pulled him back from death’s doors to a new life. After this incident, Korkmaz trained and became a skillful assassin with many deaths on his hands.
Although Korkmaz is in love with Huri, Iskender’s only sister and Korkmaz’s feelings are mutually returned, Iskender marries his sister off to someplace else, ending the ill-fated love story before it could ever begin.
Twenty-two years passed, and a dreadful accident happened. Korkmaz’s son Metin kills Iskender’s only son. It is after 22 years of a long search that Korkmaz is finally able to find his long lost son, but he never expected this to happen. Now, Iskender is after Korkmaz’s son for venging his son’s death.
This one unfortunate incident destroyed the friendship of over 40 years as one father is out for revenge while another doesn’t want his son to die.

Tetikcinin Oglu witnessed that in the face of a brutal conflict Iskender and Korkmaz came together to fight side-by-side. Enraged by the trap that Iskender was made to fall into he gathers his strongest army to rain hell upon the evildoers. His raid is a beautiful affair that is intensely intriguing to watch.
Meanwhile, Sibel ends up getting caught by Yunus when she is trying to escape with her son Umut. Metin again lands in trouble for ignoring his father’s words of advise and coming to Sibel’s rescue. Yunus is Iskender’s henchman and only follows his orders. Korkmaz is again under a fix as he tries to come up with solutions to get his son out of another mess.
