Taylor Frankie Paul, star of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, opened up on Instagram about her emotional struggles following her breakup with Dakota Mortensen.
She admitted, “I cry every day” as she processes the grief, telling followers that the only way to heal is to face the pain.

Paul, 30, also reflected on the challenges of co-parenting, naming “the quiet after the chaos,” “missing out on time with your kids,” and “inconsistency” as the hardest parts. She confirmed she’s not dating, saying she “couldn’t think of anything worse.”
Paul and Mortensen began dating in 2022 after her divorce from Tate Paul. Their relationship was documented on Mormon Wives, where they faced challenges due to their differing views on marriage.

Paul shared her advice for others experiencing heartbreak: “Take a drive, scream, cry, feel the pain. Avoiding it will make it worse.”
