South Korean hit drama Taxi Driver starring Lee Je Hoon, was in talks to have a season 2 right after it ended. The drama was based on the webtoon “The Deluxe Taxi” and received great impressions from the audience. After showcasing several loosely based real-life crimes in season 1, the story demanded a stretch. Thus, Studio S confirmed season 2, which will follow the life after season 1 ended. Recently, SBS shared its 2022 line-up for the advertisers, and luckily, it also has Taxi Driver season 2.

Taxi Driver Season 2 To Release On SBS in 2022
Although there is no specific release date, Taxi Driver is confirmed for a 2022 release on the SBS network. The second season of the crime drama is expected to premiere in the second half of 2022.
The first half of 2022 is packed with Kim Nam Gil’s “Those Who Read Hearts of Evil,” which will release in January. The drama is “Why Oh Soo Jae,” starring Seo Hyun Jin and Hwang In Yeop. Also airing in the first half, Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong’s “A Business Proposal.” Lastly, the lineup includes Lee Joon Gi and Kim Ji Eun’s new drama, “Again my Life.”
