Tale Of The Nine-Tailed Season 2 Episode 10: Recap
Episode 10 of Tale Of The Nine-Tailed season 2 opens up with Ushichibo, the Japanese demon abusing the mountain gods for treasure. Ushichibo introduces himself and his powers to the mountain gods, and when they underestimate him, he starts manipulating three of them with his power to create the poisonous gas, which was already inhaled by Hong Joo and Moo Yeong. Both of them start bleeding, which makes Yeon concerned about whether he should hand Ushichibo the treasure or not.
However, Yeon has different plans in store. Even though it seems like Yeon would hand over the treasure to Ushichibo, he hints to his friends to attack the demon because what they believe is the great way to get things done is violence. Soon, Hong Joo gets the hammer from the toolbox and asks Ushichibo for the antidote; if not given she promises to break his bones.
As Ushichibo gets on Hong Joo’s nerves, she kills him on three counts, but the mountain gods now must find a way to save themselves as other Mercenaries are looking for them. In Bando Hotel, Rang and Yeo-Hee are stuck among the zombies but are saved by Bandit Boss. However, Yeo-Hee gets bitten by one of the zombies, and Rang soon realizes that she is going to die.
Traumatized, Rang confesses that he loves her, but Yeo-Hee is dying in bed, leaving Rang in tears. On the other hand, Yuki and her mates find out that Ushichiho is dead, and she embarks on the mission to get her revenge. Yuki meets the mountain god and intentionally expresses her love for Yeon by handing him over the snowman. Hong Joo fights with her even though the poison that she has consumed is unbearable.
Soon, Yeon tracks Yuki down and asks her for the antidote for treasure; Yuki accepts the deal and takes the golden ruler with her. Happily, Yeon gets the antidote, but he asks for both Hong Joo and Moo Young’s cooperation to kill Mercenaries in return for the antidote. The three of them reconcile after recovering and make plans to lure the Mercenaries and kill them. In the end, we see Yeon switching the bodies of Onyudo and finding out that there are Five Mercenaries instead of four, and the fifth one is Satori.
