We will know Rotmiller wants to show everyone in Surviving the Game as a Barbarian Chapter 39. The new guild has now finally begun its new mission. However, it seems like they aren’t getting along very well as usual.
The best thing about Surviving the Game as a Barbarian manhwa is that the story focuses a lot on world-building, and the side characters get a lot of development. So it is somewhat new and refreshing compared to most copy/paste, where the MC just levels up, finish a boss, and gets an OP item while soloing everything.
The story does not even focus on leveling, and the author made sure the readers know this through the MC getting his exp. It’s the writing and consistency is good, and the little details all hold up the story.
Most authors messed up the writing with plot holes, inconsistencies, and stuff like that. But the author of Surviving the Game as a Barbarian keeps everything in check. It feels like this comic is being adapted from a proper novel by a veteran author.
Bjnor is also a pretty good character and not some kind-hearted guy who is working for the greater good, nor is he a cold-hearted guy who thinks for himself. He fights to keep himself alive and clear the dungeon. The narrative and writing are also helping to build the world properly.
And if you are wondering when the next chapter of the adventure/fantasy manhwa, Surviving the Game as a Barbarian, will be released, then do not worry because, in this article, we will cover the release date of Surviving the Game as a Barbarian Chapter 39 with a recap and where you can read it.
Spoilers
This Arc highlights how it doesn’t matter which of the three original races you picked. If you’re not talented, you are a failure. Doesn’t matter how smart you are, how hard you work, or which family you came from.
They all lack talent. Dawaki has a small mana pool, which should get bigger with age, but he is very unlucky and was born with a small one, so even if he grows old, he will have a medium one. His tragedy is he will never be a big-shot wizard.
Rotmiller is a genius scout, and his issue is he is average in combat. To advance deeper, he needs to be gifted, not just decent. So his tragedy is even though he loves to discover and his genius has the potential to be the fastest, he will never go past the early floors.
The Dawrf is an average blacksmith. Pretty much a Dwarfs power level is his gear, so he will never be a proper dwarf. Bjorn and his guild members raid the labyrinth many times together until the 4th floor, where they meet the dragon slayer (a bad guy from the city from below Noark), who is like an eight-floor level explorer.
During the fight, Dwalkie sacrifices himself to save the others. After that, they escape, but the group disbands since the dwarf decides to open a smithy, and Rotmiller decides to retire. So Bjorn is left with Misha and Ainar until they find Mr. Bear (another beast-man). Raven, the mage from earlier chapters, forms a new and much stronger group.
