Summer Time Rendering Episode 19 – Recap
Shinpei’s eighth loop occurs when he is killed by Shide in hopes of killing him, and Ushio is dead as well. Shinpei is devasted, and soon a crow which is Haine, comes forward to put salt to the injury. Haine copies the body of the girl name Akira and starts to conjure shadows to kill Shinpei and make sure that he will die this time because of the event horizon. Unconsciously, Shinpei reaches his pockets, and Haine retreats. It was a sea shell that Ushio gave Shinpei in the pocket. As soon as Haine leaves, Shinpei tries to call the others, letting them know about Ushio’s death and his event horizon, but he has no service.
Meanwhile, Haine imitates Shinpei’s shadow that she got from the third loop called Hizuru, and the others called Hizuru at Torijima Island. Shinpei is at Alan’s restaurant to find out if the others have left to find him, and he figures that Haine must have called them from his shadow. Soon he gets a call from Haine telling him about Mio and Sou at another place and Nagumo and others at Torijima Island. He finds Mio’s shadow at the house and is confused about the choice he must make to save one or the other.
Nagumo figures that it must be Haine that called them into a trap and tells Nejiro to look out and shoot Haine from a distance. Whereas Sou and Mio find Shide in Alan’s garden. Nagumo changes to Ryunnosuke and tells the shadow of Shinpei that he knows it Haine, and she can drop the drama. Haine reveals that she knows about Nagumo’s dual personality, and it was her power that allows Ryunnosuke to watch two seconds ahead in time. Shide arrives, and they engage in a fight where Ryunnosuke uses his ultimate nonhuman moves to bring down Shide, but that is still not enough. Nagumo switches with Ryunnosuke with him intact and tells him that she has a plan to defeat Shide.
