Station 19 Season 6 Episode 14 Recap
We begin our episode with a chillout firefighter session, the boys are in charge of Theo, and they are seen taking a relaxing day off. They dance with girls, laugh, and sometimes they take their flirting too far. A careless error of leaving a pot unattended makes a mess in the kitchen, and fire included —because this is a firefighter show, of course! The incident results in Theo scolding those responsible. Imagine the irony of a fire in a firefighter station!
We jump to more delicate issues, and there’s Beckett, who needs some help because of his drinking problem, which reflects into the squad. But Theo went on hard against Andy despite Vic feeling watched over and feeling constantly criticized by Andy, who wasn’t willing to step in for Beckett while he was in rehabilitation. She hoped that her hard work would one day be rewarded with a permanent position as captain. Andy then requested that anyone with information about the incident remain silent.
Carina To The Rescue!
Carina was dispatched to the scene of a woman giving birth. Carina had treated the woman before. It was Pam, and she was in dire need of assistance. Pregnancy cravings caused her to get her hand stuck in a vending machine. Firefighters were crucial in saving Carina’s life. She enlisted the aid of Maya and Ben.
Carina was to deliver the baby while the other two removed the woman from the machine. There were a few hiccups in this otherwise brilliant scheme. The complexity of the vending machine made it sound like a bank vault. The infant was also facing the wrong way. Carina had to wiggle the infant into the right one.

Pam’s arm started to go numb as she did that. She could hardly feel it at this point, and everyone’s attention should have been on getting her out of the machine safely, but instead, Maya was asking questions. Maya was unfamiliar with the name Pam. Consequently, she was taken aback when Pam said she and Carina had gone out for drinks.
Maya noticed that Pam had also addressed Carina by name and sought clarification from her. Carina introduced herself as a friend. This worried Maya because she was acquainted with Carina’s social circle. Or at least she did before they broke up. And Pam was a complete unknown to her.
