With this, he says that he did not get consumed by his character as the cult interrogator did. His plan is going to proceed according to what he has planned to do this time around. With this, he believes that he is going to make it for sure.
Along with this, he also says that if he gets consumed by his role as a butler, he wants him to do something for him. While talking to Jack, he says that there is a high chance that he will not be able to hear his choice when his synchronization reaches 100%.
He mentions that even with all of his skills, he is probably going to forget to use them. He says that he must do everything he can do to prevent him from reaching a synchronization rate of 100%.
Furthermore, while explaining it even more, he says that 99% is the last line of defense, and it cannot be allowed to go even further if it looks like he is going above 99%. He wants Jack to stop him regardless of what he has to do.
