Holo and Kraft will go on a new venture in Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets The Wise Wolf Episode 13. Kraft was almost killed in the last chapter, and Holo wasn’t happy with how it turned out for them. Were it not for Kraft, Holo would have gone on a massacre and killed all the people involved in the incident, along with Nora.
Kraft and the party were betrayed by the trading company over the profits, but luckily he wasn’t killed. The members had left him in the woods hoping that wolves would kill him later if they just tied him. Kraft wasn’t going to resign to his fate and untied himself with the dozed fire to his side to help him.
Holo met up with Kraft later, only to be infuriated by the condition she found him in, beaten and burned wrists. She almost lost her temper and decided to kill everyone involved in the smuggling, but Kraft convinced her against it. Holo agreed after a little reluctance, but she only promised to spare Nora and no one else at most.
The incident wrapped up with the truth of the matter being finally out and Kraft taking care of the legal end of things. Holo wanted to end things by killing them, but Kraft had other schemes, and he was thinking long terms. Thanks to his efforts, he drafted an agreement that would get rid of their debt and allow them to continue their journey with ease.
