South Park is an American animated sitcom that first premiered on August 13, 1997. The show was created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone and developed by Brian Graden. The series is currently in its twenty-fifth season, and after the third episode premiered on February 16, fans have been wondering about South Park Season 25 Episode 4. In the third episode, herds of people from different cities move to South Park because of the great real estate opportunities in the place. The episode is a satire on people from cities and how they tend to behave. It also makes fun of real estate agents, which is hilarious.

In the third episode of the twenty-fifth season, named ‘City People’, people all over from different cities move to South Park for its great deals on real estate. People from New York City, San Francisco, etc., all flock to South Park, and they are compared to birds in the episode, where they would flock together like birds, which is a good commentary on the herd mentality that city people have. The episode is a satire on how city people behave. They even use words typical to what city people would use, like, edamame, tesla, Lacroix, etc., which was pretty funny. They had little videos showing what kind of real estate the people would get if they moved to South Park, which was hilarious.
The episode also makes fun of realtors, saying that the better your picture is as a realtor, the more success you will get. Cartman had a better picture than his competitor, so he was more successful than him. There was also a hilarious gag where they say to take the perfect picture, you have to arch your back as much as possible, and in doing so, people have near-fatal injuries on the show. Also, the fact that Cartman was selling houses people were already living in and the joke at the end where no one will make a profit because no one is going to pass escrow for a house worth millions of dollars, which was inflated due to all the demand from the people moving from the cities. In the end, Cartman and his mother end up living in a giant hotdog.

South Park Season 25 Episode 4 will release on February 23, 2022. We cannot wait to watch what interesting shenanigans Cartman and his friends get up to this time. Now that Cartman and his mother live in a hotdog, it will be interesting to see how their living situation plays out. We are excited to see what new topic the episode satires this time and who they make fun of.
