In his latest filing, Grant Hughes has requested the court to lift the mutual, temporary restraining order, a common practice in divorce cases, enabling him to invest $300,000 in real estate, specifically in Oklahoma storage facilities. Hughes’ legal team asserts that this financial move will not affect the prenuptial agreement payout if the court validates it. The court has approved Hughes’ request.
Despite a prior understanding that neither party would be obligated to offer spousal support after Sophia Bush, 41, filed for divorce in August, a recent dispute has emerged almost six months into negotiations over the division of their mutual assets.
