The worlds of Solo Leveling and Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint are coming together in New York City this summer through a special fan experience from Ize Press. The English publisher has announced System Sync, a limited-time pop-up store celebrating two of the most popular Korean fantasy franchises. Running from August 14 to August 30, 2026, the event will take place at 238 E 6th Street in Manhattan, giving fans an opportunity to shop exclusive merchandise, explore themed displays, and participate in limited-time activities.
The pop-up has been scheduled to coincide with Anime NYC, the East Coast’s largest anime convention, making it a major destination for attendees visiting the city. Designed as an immersive celebration of both series, System Sync brings together the shared “system” themes that define the stories while creating a dedicated gathering place for readers and collectors. Additional event programming is expected to be announced closer to the opening.
What fans can expect from the System Sync pop-up
According to Ize Press, the System Sync name represents both fandoms coming together while referencing the world-governing systems that shape each series’ story. The publisher described it as an immersive destination dedicated to two of the most influential Korean comic franchises available today.
“The store will be referred to as System Sync to represent both fandoms coming together to celebrate the two iconic fantasy stories that have captivated readers around the globe—with a nod to the world-governing systems that control the progression of each series,”
Ize Press said in its announcement.
Visitors will be able to browse English editions of books and merchandise inspired by both franchises, take photos with themed installations, and meet fellow fans during one of New York City’s busiest anime weekends. The publisher also confirmed that customers will be the first to purchase its original merchandise collection, including exclusive glow-in-the-dark Solo Leveling apparel and Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint shirts created specifically for the System Sync event.
Collectors will also have access to Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint merchandise imported directly from South Korea, offering products that are rarely sold in North America. Shoppers who reach certain spending thresholds can earn premium gifts, including an exclusive double-sided commemorative tote bag celebrating both series.

Exclusive merchandise, rewards, and cosplay incentives
The pop-up will feature a wide selection of collectibles and apparel for both franchises. Confirmed products include acrylic keychains, standees, decorative plates, T-shirts, hoodies, Solo Leveling enamel pins, desk mats, bookends, and several Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint collectibles such as figures, hanging scrolls, plush keychains, and photocard packs.
In addition to shopping, fans can participate in a stamp rally connected with Anime NYC, receive collectible bookmarks and stickers, and unlock bonus rewards by attending the event in cosplay. These limited-time activities are intended to encourage visitors to experience both the convention and the System Sync store.
Solo Leveling has grown into one of the world’s biggest webcomic and anime franchises, following Sung Jinwoo’s transformation from the weakest hunter into humanity’s strongest defender. Meanwhile, Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint has become a fan favorite thanks to its blend of action, fantasy, and meta-storytelling, centered on Kim Dokja as his favorite novel becomes reality.
Founded in 2022 through a collaboration between Yen Press, REDICE STUDIO, and RIVERSE, Ize Press publishes English editions of Korean comics, novels, and audiobooks. The publisher says more information about System Sync, including additional programming, will be revealed before the pop-up opens in August.
