The anniversary celebration will also extend to the game’s music, with a new original soundtrack involving well-known composer Mitsukiyo and music influencer CielA.
Chaos Zero Nightmare Sets October Date for Anniversary Showcase
The Nightmare Carnival Showcase will take place on Saturday, October 10 at 03:00 UTC. Smilegate says the presentation will feature information about various updates and events being prepared for Chaos Zero Nightmare’s first anniversary.
The showcase teaser has been released through the official Chaos Zero Nightmare YouTube channel, building anticipation for the announcements. Players can also follow the game through its official X and YouTube accounts and the STOVE website for additional information.
The anniversary arrives as the game approaches its first year, giving Smilegate an opportunity to outline what players can expect from the next stage of its live-service roadmap.
Music will be another major part of the celebration. Smilegate confirmed that the upcoming 1st anniversary OST will be composed by Mitsukiyo, a composer known for his work within subculture and game music.
The collaboration follows a September 29 release featuring a remix of Sereniel’s character OST. That version involved ESAI, a composer from STUDIO ALOH, the studio headed by Mitsukiyo.
For the new anniversary track, Mitsukiyo will handle composition, while CielA will provide vocals.
Smilegate business head Kim Joo Hyung also thanked the game’s community for supporting Chaos Zero Nightmare during its first year. “Thanks to the support and encouragement of our players, CZN is now approaching its 1st anniversary,” he said.
He encouraged players to tune in to the Nightmare Carnival Showcase for details about the anniversary events.
