Service War Chapter 10 Recap

The chapter starts with a barrage of business babble between Nasunosuke and Tajima. Tajima used his secret technique, Business Jargon, against Nasunosuke. He kept on saying difficult to Nasunosuke. Hayato warned Nasunosuke by telling him not to listen to him as he was trying to overload Nasunosuke’s brain to brainwash it. So to counter the Tajima technique, Nasunosuke used his ultimate service skill, Jargon Jammer. He used words against words. At a point, while they were battling with words, the surrounding went silent. Nasunosuke used simple words to cancel out Tajima’s difficult words.

Tajima got impressed by Nasunosuke’s skills. He told Nasunosuke to result in their battle was a draw and to have a small chat. He arranged to seats with them so they could talk face-to-face. However, it was just a trick for falling Nasunosuke into his trap. To brainwash anyone, three steps need to follow, Proposal, Acceptance, and seating. Once those three conditions are met, Tajima’s ability, Ultimate business skill, is activated. Suddenly the atmosphere around them changes, and now Tajima is taking Nasunosuke’s job interview.

Renge and Hayto got confused after they saw Nasunosuke giving a job interview to Tajima. They thought that Nasunosuke was brainwashed by Tajima. After taking Nasunosuke’s interview, Tajima hired him. To Hayato, it seemed like Nasunosuke was under Tajima’s control. Renge told Nasunosuke to snap off it as they were going to revitalize the shopping district.

While Tajima was leaving, Nasunosuke started to give him a massage. Tajima asked him what he was doing. Nasunosuke told him that he appeared to be fatigued and needed some rest, so he thought to give him a massage. Tajima said he didn’t need any massage.

However, Nasunosuke didn’t stop, he tried to relax Tajima with a sleep mask, but Tajima threw it away. Tajima asked him if he was intentionally doing that to him. Hayato and Renge were confused seeing Nasunosuke doing all that. They thought he might be taking care of his senior due to brainwashing. Nasunosuke didn’t stop to relax Tajima, and this time he gave him a foot massage.

And at the end, Nasunosuke made Tajima drink alcohol. He then took his resignation from Tajima Company by telling him that he refused to work at a company that neglected its employee’s relaxation. Nasunosuke overcame his brainwashing with just customer service.
