Internet popular Korean series Secret Playlist new episodes are on their way. Fans are excitedly anticipating the new episodes to be released as soon as possible. In this season of music, Secret Playlist is yet another musical romance series that will make Kdrama fans’ hearts sway.
Secret Playlist is a short drama with eight episodes, which was originally adapted from a webtoon with a similar name, “Secret Playlist” by 2F. This musical youth drama was aired on 18th November 2023 and will come to an end on 9th November 2023.
The main cast of the drama includes Kim Hyang Gi as Song Han Joo/PLII and Shin Hyun Seung as LEVI/Lee Do Gook. Let’s talk about the plot of the drama a little now. Secret Playlist tells the tale of secret SNS popular singer PLII.
Kim Hyang Gi is a hardworking university student looking for a job in front of the world, but in reality, she is the face of PLII. Levi, on the other hand, is an idol whose contract is about to expire. But before his contract ends, he wants to make an impactful comeback.
It is to be noted that Levi is a die-hard fan of PLII, and he came up with the idea to collaborate with PLII for his next comeback. But PLII, who doesn’t want to reveal herself, doesn’t accept his request. By a twist of fate, Kim Hyang Gi, aka PLII, turns out to be a classmate of Levi’s at university.

Previously in Secret Playlist, Somg Han Joo got into an internship, but for the project, she needed an idol. By luck or fate, Levi decides to join her program. However, Han Joo, despite being relieved with Levi’s help, was afraid that her identity as PLII would be revealed to him.
Han Joo brings the drunk and wasted Levi to his apartment, and on his way, he bumps into one of his old friends, Lee Mak Chan. Mak Chan was delighted to meet her after so many years, but Han Joo seemed a little hesitant. Mak Chan tells her that he is an artist at Levi’s Company and hence that they will meet often.
The next day, Han Joo was given the task of making a short video for ETube on Levi’s journey in music from childhood. Han Joo wants to avoid Levi after yesterday night’s incident, but it seems the whole universe is trying to push her more toward Levi.
By the end of the episode, the Taekon Entertainment CEO calls up Mak Chan, gives him the job of contacting PLII, and persuades her to sign with their company. Mak Chan is hopeless for this job to get done since PLII has never disclosed her identity. How will Mak Chan find the real PLII, and will PLII/Han Joo sign with the company?
