According to the autopsy report that the news outlet was able to obtain, the athlete’s estimated blood alcohol content (BAC) at the time of the accident was 0.124, and there was ethanol in his blood.
It is illegal to drive in Tennessee with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08 percent or higher, according to state laws.
Nic Kerdiles rode his Indian motorcycle at around 3:30 in the morning when he disregarded a stop sign in a residential area north of the Tennessee capital, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, which confirmed his death to WRKN News 2.
The police indicated that Kerdiles struck the driver’s side of the BMW, as the source reported. After the collision, the BMW’s driver seemed unharmed, and Kerdiles was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
