Action anime series RWBY is ready to return with episode 4, and here we are with all the information related to the upcoming episode. Ruby, Weiss, and Yang were not sure if they should visit the palace. Ruby was determined they should do it because the Red King helped Alex, and Weiss and Yang reminded her they are not Alex.
The three of them get a warm and extravagant welcome from the king himself, along with music and a fountain presentation. Rose asks him if he is the Red King, and the Red Prince, whom they assumed was the Red King, corrects them and introduces himself to them. The Red Prince asks them why this bunch of people came to the castle without even knowing who he was on his birthday.
All the guards with the Red Prince a happy birthday, and he does not realise that even his guards did not remember his birthday. The Red Prince thanks his guard on this joyous occasion, and Blake asks the other girls if they knew he was the Red Prince. Yang says even though the King was not this rude, small, and loud, the guards still get shocked after hearing Yang’s remark.

RWBY Season 9 Episode 3 Recap
In the previous episode, Red Prince’s dramatic outburst regarding his birthday made the other girls confused. The Red Prince himself told them about his birthday, but when they wished him, he accused them of being infiltrators who wanted to steal his crown. Weiss reminds him they have seen the advertisements for his party everywhere, so that does not add up to his accusation.
Red Prince’s guards present him with a very extraordinary weapon as his birthday gift, which was a gift from the girls. After seeing the weapon, the Red Prince gets very mad at them because it was green, and he hates the colour green. The Red Prince kicks the weapon, and when Rose tries to get it back, his guards stop her. The Red Prince throws the guards who presented the weapon to him out of the palace, and they get brutally murdered by the other guards.
Rose takes the initiative to cheer up the prince but gets interrupted by the guard. Rose tells him they have heard about the prince’s interest in games. The prince gets quite interested and lets the girls enter the palace; he then asks them what they desire in exchange for playing his game. The prince was quite cunning and caught on that there might be a catch for girls. Rose expresses her desire that if they win the game, then the prince will help them reach the tree.
The Red Prince tells them the tree is too far away, but after taking some time to think about it, he agrees to fulfil their demand. They play an interesting game where the losing member has to dispose of some of the players from their team. Prince suggests that she include her friends in the game, which means that if she loses her friends, she will be forced to say goodbye to the world.
