RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 3 is about to conclude, and the glitz and sass of this regional variant of a drag queen show keeps bringing surprises, amazing performances, and all the elements that make this franchise such a successful one.
With only two episodes left and four contestants left, things are getting even more complicated for Gabriella Labucci. All the while Hollywould Star and Flor seem to be on top of their game. Now, ahead of the semi-finals, it’s time to take a look at what went down with this week’s episode.
RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 3 Episode 6 Recap
This episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under consisted of a talent show of all sorts with Amy Taylor as the guest judge. We kicked things off with Bumpa Love doing some stand-up comedy, followed by Gabriella Labucci with some slapstick comedy skits. Then Isis Avis Loren lip-synced and did some dancing.
After a commercial break, we saw Hollywould Star sing an original song and Flor doing some sort of educational content with comedic tropes that were too local and hard to understand. The audience laughed, but if you’re not familiar with Aussie humor, then you’ll find it awkward.
Then, came the usual runway contest, but it was themed with “Not in My Backyard Barbecue.”, Isis and Flor did the best, but it was Avis Loren who won that segment. The bottom two were Bumpa Love and Gabriella Labucci. The challenge prize was a $2,500 prize from Wigged Out. In the end, it was Bumpa Love that got sent home.
