Recap
In the upcoming episode, Chief Stew Fraser Olender will be concerned about Cat Baugh since she continues to struggle to blend in with the crew. Fraser and Barbie Pacual’s cold war rages on. Fraser becomes agitated with Barbie and brings her pompous manner to Captain Kerry Titheradge.
He says, “I’m dealing with Barbie’s quiet hostility and a lot of snapbacks.” Then he informs the Captain that Barbie was harsh and “disrespectful” to the first charter passengers.
Fraser continues, saying he has had enough of being kind and considerate. “I’ve been a really kind and caring person, but I’ve said my piece and I’m done with this,” he declares. Cat is still having difficulty saying sorry to the other members of her crew, though.
She believes she is being mistreated by her co-stars. Fraser understands Cat’s sensitivity and that it might take her some more time to adjust to the new situation. He therefore asks that everyone be kind to Cat.
Fraser was informing Captain Kerry that Barbie believes “we’re all now against her,” even though he has reassured her that’s not the case when we last left Below Deck. He has had enough of her “vile attitude” toward both her supervisor and her coworkers.
Despite her temper, Barbie does an excellent job at her profession. The captain is hoping Fraser can assist her in changing her mindset so she can benefit the crew instead of being a liability. He says, “You don’t have to like her.” “Let’s figure out how to make her shine.”
