Rita Ora recently opened up about her marriage to director Taika Waititi, describing their bond as more like best friends than anything else. She explained that this friendship is what keeps their relationship strong and natural.
The couple had a quiet wedding in Los Angeles back in August 2022. True to her hardworking nature, Rita went straight back to the studio the next morning to work on her third album’s title track, “You and I.”

Now, she’s fully focused on her fourth album, taking her time with the creative process. Rita admits there’s no rush, especially since her label, BMG, is giving her the space she needs to work at her own pace.
“I’m just tackling one song at a time,” she shared, hinting that the album might not drop this year.
Aside from music, Rita’s also exploring acting and fashion, recently wrapping up filming for the Prime movie Voltron. She shared that doing different things keeps her energized and inspired. Inspired by stars like Jennifer Lopez, Rita dreams of building a career that spans music, film, TV, and fashion.
For Rita, breaking free from labels is important. She wants to exist purely as an artist and entertainer without being boxed in.

“This is who I am, and I’m excited about what the future holds,” she said. “There are really no limits.”
