The Challenge: World Championship Episode 3 Recap
Jonna has to pick the one from KellyAnne and Jodi for elimination. Wes advises her to send Jodi, but Jonna wants to throw KellyAnne. Jodi knows how wild the game is but is not confident about her partner. On the one hand, Benjamin shows his happiness for having Jodi as his partner. On the other hand, Jodi does not revert.
KellyAnne shares her pain of getting betrayed by Jonna with Tristan. Tristan is not the person that likes to calm down everyone. However, he tries to reduce her pain by saying nothing has happened yet.
The next day, Jonna apologizes to KellyAnne, and they hug each other. So, it looks like the sword of elimination is hanging on Jodi and Benja now. Ben comes across the stale food and unwashed dishes. But, he chooses to hide all the clean dishes for himself. The ex-couples (Jordan-Tori and Theo-Kaz) are up to get closer.
On the one hand, Jordan and Tori recollect their memories while sharing the bed, related to Ride or Dies, and hope that this game will get easy for them. On the other hand, Theo and Kaz joke and get friendly with each other.
Danny and Sarah are worried about the increasing closeness among the legends. So, there might be no hope for loyalty deals. Jonna seems to be too busy with the deal proposals in this episode.
Benja tries to make a deal with Jonna, and KellyAnne is looking at her. Let’s see whether Jonna chooses friendship over the deal. Nelson also approaches Jonna. He will signalize her to tell whom he wants as the partner between Tristan and Benja.
According to Nelson’s signal, Grant and Jonna pick Tristan and KellyAnne against Jujuy and Nelson. KellyAnne understands that Grant and Jonna are the most powerful now. During the elimination round, Tristan and KellyAnne make it, and Jujuy and Nelson get eliminated.
The other contestants are excited to see how KellyAnne reacts to Jonna. Meanwhile, Jonna tries to explain why she chose KellyAnne, but she does not believe her.
The Elimination Game
The Chain Game takes place in the third episode across the sand dunes. The teams must take the 700-pound and solve one of the puzzles. The puzzles near the shipwreck are difficult to solve. Finally, the first team to ring the bell after solving the puzzle was the winner. Accordingly, the winners are Jonna and Grant.
Reaching the top of the tower was an advantage for Tasha. Dom let the water go off to create a way to breathe. It was a smart move, but we know he was ready to lose the game. He made sure that Cachay did not mess with the game but forgot to look at his job.
Kyland is the strong contestant after Tyson. He used politics to get away from Shannon in the first episode, got safe from elimination in the second, and played well in the third one.

The Challenge: World Championship Episode 3 Review
The challenge: World Championship Episode 3 is more about conversations, and it was too annoying. It is ironic to see Dom worried about his wife’s thoughts after getting paired with beautiful ladies for three straight weeks. Meanwhile, those ladies are not interested in him.
The championship has better players than Dom. He is only the survivor there. So, he can put a brake on his worry and get into the shoes of a player. This season has three underdogs: James, Kyland, and Leo. But they are trying to work, and Kyla has the potential to find her way.
Ben took the third way out of ‘fight or flight’ by hiding the clean dishes for himself. Nelson might not have the right to choose his partner by signalizing Jonna if he gets into elimination. However, Jonna can use it as a (childish) reason if she picks KellyAnne for elimination.
We come across the easier strategy of knocking and isolating the weaker contestants. None wants to partner with them. In that case, Tyson is the strongest and the most genuine one. He creates no drama yet is entertaining.
So, Episode 3 has masterminds like Tyson and Angela and a supporting cast like Cashay and Shannon. Talking about the day’s challenge was physically and mentally demanding. So, it is good to see contestants with varying personalities solve all types of challenges.
Sarah is one of the strongest contestants, but her running looked like jogging. Tasha and James disappointed us as they took the game for granted. They started slowly and lost it. Angela stood on the beam like a real gymnast.
Kylan has the potential to go ahead but struggles with his ego. Dom has hardly any chance of going into the finals because he must beat the two strong contestants, Tyson and Danny.
Ben is better as a person but not as a contestant. Dom does not listen to others and treats Cashay as his subordinate. This attitude is disappointing. Similarly, Tyson was strong in ‘Survivor,’ but not in this show. So, his ego seems to be hurt.

Conclusion
The Challenge: World Championship gave enough dose of drama, excitement, twists, and politics. Nelson made a deal with Jonna for his safety and ended up getting eliminated. It was a big twist. KellyAnne and Jonna’s friendship was swinging between betrayal and trust. Let’s see whether the contestants overcome their egos and improve themselves in the upcoming episode.
