Basically, Chang-Son was sent to a world where the flow of time is different from the Earth. Time in the god’s sphere flows differently than in the human world. For that reason, people treated him as a missing person who returned. This is another similar world but lagging behind in time.
The time in the god sphere flows as normal, but the human world is being resettled after apocalypses. Gods, remember, even if they get resettled. Chang-Son fell into a Dungeon in 2027, got Isekaied to Arcadia, and became a God.
