In the previous chapter of Return of the Bloodthirsty Police, the team of police officers, as well as a delirious Gyeongsu, make an exit from the warehouse while Phoenix decides to hold the Lespedeza brothers back. We see a flashback about Phoenix’s past and what her relationship with Bi Gwang was like.
