In the previous chapter of Rent A Girlfriend, Kazuya, and Chizuru decide to meet up and go for a stroll in the park, but their date plan is interrupted when Kazuya gets a call from his mother, asking him to help her out at the daycare.

Kazuya and Chizuru head to the daycare, where Chizuru quickly adapts to her surroundings and becomes well-liked by the children. In the chapter, Chizuru is seen narrating stories to the little children while she is surrounded by them, and Kazuya feels his admiration for Chizuru grow even more as he witnesses it happening.
