After a violent and bloody battle that went on for several chapters, the fight between Dowan and Hoseong is about to reach a dramatic end. With Do-wan’s past and his dad’s connections with the bully council getting revealed, this fight has now turned personal. Both Do-wan and Hoseong are determined to reach the top, but only one can take that position. Who will it be?
Reality Quest Chapter 116 opens up with Eunseong and his friends watching the fight between Dowan and Heoseong. Eunseong’s friends commend Dowan for changing so much and then discuss how Nanhyangdong has no vice representative position because Heoseong doesn’t consider anyone worthy of becoming his subordinate.
Reality Quest Chapter 116: Recap
Hoseong is one arrogant man, but that is to be expected of someone who’s in the top ranks of the bully council. The Bully Council consists of various people with different skills and strengths, and to be among the top ranks of those people is a huge achievement. Talking about the top ranks, Eunseong is also from that same rank, and so naturally, his friends ask him about his opinion on this battle.
Eunseong firstly makes it clear that going by only combat power, Hoseong is undoubtedly stronger than Dowan, but he then further explains that combat power isn’t everything in a battle. Everyone gets confused and wonders what might be the true deciding factor of a battle, but Eunseong says that even he can’t predict the outcome when Hoseong and Dowan clash.
The focus shifts to the ongoing fight between Hoseong and Dowan. Dowan pins Hoseong against the wall and tries to choke him, but Hoseong easily frees himself by kicking Dowan in the gut. Dowan flies back due to the sheer force of the kick, and Hoseong gets back on his feet. Suddenly, Hoseong felt a sharp sensation of pain in his leg, but he couldn’t understand how he had gotten hurt.
While Hoseong is busy thinking, Dowan takes this opportunity to strike him from his blind spot. Even though Hoseong is confused and injured, he’s still no novice, and so he continues fighting despite being hurt. Quickly Landing a powerful kick to Dowan’s head, Hoseong makes it clear that just one injury isn’t going to make up for the difference in power here.
Dowan also doesn’t hold back and lands a punch to Hoseong’s head. Both Heoseong and Dowan go flying back because of the combined force of their attacks. Heoseong wipes blood off his face and decides to finally tell everything to Dowan.
He begins by telling Dowan that the Headquarters of the Bully Council is giving special treatment to Dowan. Of course, Dowan doesn’t believe such an absurd statement, so Hoseong further explains his point.
Hoseong explains that the Bully Council is harming those members whose disposal has already been decided. They are using Dowan for this, and through this, they made him a representative. Hoseong further adds that not just the bully council but even the association is giving special treatment to Dowan. Hoseong recalls the fight between Dowan and Steven Zhuge to prove his point.
No matter how weird Hoseong’s words sound, they are still the truth, considering the evidence he used to back up those words. Hoseong says that he always wondered why the council was giving such special treatment to Dowan, and he eventually found one strong reason for it.
Hoseong says that Dowan is the son of Ha Jinoh, and that is the reason behind everything. Dowan is shocked as he doesn’t know anything about this. Hoseong continues by saying that Ha Jinoh is the one who built the Sunshine Shelter, which is the headquarters where the Bully Council was formed.
Dowan couldn’t believe what he just heard. Hoseong takes this opportunity to strike because he is done with his kindness now. He strikes Dowan with full force, and the punch knocks him out.
Hoseong stands in front of the unconscious Dowan and states that he would do anything to reach the top because he deserves to be at the top. Hoseong won’t shy from even using Dowan to get a profitable deal from the Bully Council or the association.
A small flashback of Hoseong’s childhood is shown, and it shows how Hoseong suffered during his childhood due to Dowan’s dad. After seeing this flashback, Hoseong’s anger is pretty justified. Back to the fight, Heoseong starts to walk away after telling Dowan everything, but Dowan doesn’t let him quit just yet.
Dowan uses a charge shot and hits Hoseong. Hoseong and Dowan both fly out of the window, and with that move, Dowan makes it clear that today he will shove Hoseong to the bottom!
