Ragnarok Season 3 Ending
The third season of Ragnarok had so much happening in each episode. We saw that Magne and his allies decided to make amends with the Jutuls. It was a better choice as Magne’s brother stops him from getting involved in the use of the Mjolnir.
However, Magne did not have everyone that he could trust; he was suspicious about some of his allies. Further, as the fight against the Jutuls came, the legal methods of fighting against them were not enough, and this resulted in Magne using his hammer.
This didn’t end there; Saxa lures him to even use the Mjolnir for her own good. Then, Jutuls joins hands with Laurits so that they can raise the World Serpent, which would eventually swallow Magne. We also see Magne dealing with his mental health problems.
Magne’s Past
Further, Saxa takes over the Jutul factories, and later, Magne begins to see disturbing flashbacks. He also sees his mother, where she reveals that he’s got paranoid schizophrenia. All his time, he escaped from reality with Thor’s stories.
Thus, World Serpent kills him, which snaps him out of his delusional world. In the end, he decides to let go of his sick past, and he begins by dumping his old comics to refresh his heart and mind to get back to romantic interest Signy.
Will There Be Ragnarok Season 4?
When Ragnarok Season 3 was renewed and announced earlier this year, it was also made clear that this would be the final chapter of the show. Thus, Netflix confirmed the third season as the last one, and there won’t be any further forced storyline coming up for Ragnarok.
Thus, it is saddening for fans that they won’t witness Ragnarok season 4. However, season 3 shows us the ultimate battle of the gods against giants, and it is a satisfying ending, to be honest. Netflix also stated that this was everything that the creators planned, and it was a success.
There is no suspense left that still would make the viewers curious and anticipate the further seasons. Hence, it would be justified to say that Ragnarok’s franchise had a logical ending. However, there could be something exciting for fans; read ahead to know what.
Can We Expect A Spin-Off For Ragnarok?
Considering the amazing plot and characters of Ragnarok, there might be a spin-off planned for it. So, later, sometimes we can expect a series or a movie. However, this has not been confirmed yet. Thus, it would be interesting to witness the expansion of Norse mythology.
Further, the show’s creators could possibly use a new diversion for the spin-off. However, the real essence of Ragnarok would still be a priority. What would be more amazing than exploring Norse mythology and witnessing more stories about the Norwegian towns?
Thus, this is everything we know so far about Ragnarok Season 4. Also, tell us below what you felt about Ragnarok Season 3 ending and if, according to you, it was satisfying or not. If not, what would you prefer? Keep streaming, till then.
