Queen Sugar Season 7 Episode 5: Recap
Episode 5 was titled “What If.” Nova dreamt of her parents visiting her and encouraging her to tell the family about the movie in her dream. Charley and Ralph Angel had a phone conversation where she conveyed to him to deal with the insurance adjuster who was dealing with the fire damage from the mill. Losing Parthena’s land had put the co-op in the red again, and Darla believed in asking Charley to put a mill in the co-op. This could truly be a big help to the community.
Micah is guilty. tried to delete the NFT from his mother’s account only to find out he couldn’t. Nova told him how it was a bad idea unfortunately, Zane, even when asked, refused to take the post down. The sale of NFT was the highest sale in history, and an unknown party is interested in commissioning Micah’s future work. Micah celebrates this news at Ivory with his crew. Davis dropped a text to Micah about Charley being angry. Micah being himself, decided to ignore the text and decides to meet his benefactor. We also saw how Micah was thoroughly enjoying his limo ride to the private jet. It was a fancy deal for him.
Hollywood and Violet received rather unfortunate news, how the law doesn’t allow kids to live with an ex-felon, thus denying them the to foster the boys. Joaquin decides to run away with his brother so they both won’t be separated, but Hollywood provides Darla and Ralph Angel with finding a new place. This was the boys were able to stay with Hollywood and Vi.
