PinkFantasy SHY is a sub-unit of the group PinkFantasy. They are a group that works under MyDoll Entertainment. PinkFantasy SHY got its name from the first letters of the name of its members. SHY stands for the first letter of the names of their members SeeA, Harin, and former member Yubin.
Originally the group debuted with three members of PinkFantasy. SeeA, Harin, and Yubin were the three members that joined the first sub-unit of the group PinkFantasy. But later, on 28th June, 2020, it was announced that Yubin had left the group, PinkFantasy SHY. She was later replaced by Arang, who is the leader of the group PinkFantasy.
The group PinkFantasy SHY made its debut on 26th March 2019. They made their debut with their song ’12 O’Clock ‘. They made their debut under MyDoll Entertainment, which is the same label that the group PinkFantasy is under.
The Members of PinkFantasy SHY
Originally the group PinkFantasy SHY had three members. The three original members of the group were SeeA, Harin, and Yubin. However, later Yubin left the group PinkFantasy as well as its sub-unit PinkFantasy SHY. She was replaced by Arang, who is also a member of the group PinkFantasy.
SeeA
Kang Eunyoung featured as SeeA, is the leader, main vocalist, and center of the group PinkFantasy SHY. SeeA was born on 21st August, 1993 in Busan, South Korea.
SeeA joined the group PinkFantasy in the year 2018 and performed under the stage name SeeA. Before that SeeA was a member of the group, Piggy Dolls, where she performed under the stage name Eunyoung. However, the group, Piggy Dolls, was disbanded later.
SeeA is a member of two sub-units of the group, PinkFantasy. She was introduced as the member of the sub-unit, PinkFantasy SHY in 2019. And later in 2022, she was also announced as member of another sub-unit, PinkFantasy Shadow. SeeA also made an appearance in the series ‘I Can See Your Voice 5’.
Harin
Park Geun-Hye featured as Harin is the vocalist, lead dancer, and maknae of the group PinkFantasy SHY. On 26th May, 2000, Harin was born in Seongam, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
Harin is a member in various sub-units of the group PinkFantasy. She is a member of the sub-units PinkFantasy SHY and PinkFantasy Shadow. She is also a member of the pre-debut group MyBling. Harin was a part of the group Sugar Powder, which was a promotional sub-unit for the group PinkFantasy.
Arang
Park Ye-rim featured as Arang, is the vocalist for the group PinkFantasy SHY. Arang was born on 22nd January 2001 in Cheongju, South Korea.
Arang is the current leader of the group PinkFantasy. She is also a member of the various sub-units of the group. She is a member of PinkFantasy SHY, PinkFantasy Shadow, as well as the promotional sub-unit Sugar Powder. She is also a member of the pre-debut group MyBling.
When Aini left the group PinkFantasy on 12th April 2020, Arang was appointed as their leader. She became a member of PinkFantasy SHY after Yubin left the group due to health complications.
Yubin (Former Member)
Cho Yubin featured as Yubin was the lead vocalist and main dancer for the group PinkFantasy SHY. Yubin was born in Seoul, South Korea on 9th October 1999.
Yubin is the former member of PinkFantasy. She was the member of the sub-units PinkFantasy SHY and MDD. She left the group PinkFantasy as well as the sub-units of the group, on 28th June 2020. She left the group after being diagnosed with a panic disorder.
Yubin was a trainee under Jellyfish Entertainment. She was also a participant in the show Idol School, where she was ranked 29th.
Songs of PinkFantasy SHY
PinkFantasy SHY released their debut single titled ’12 O’Clock’ on 26th March, 2019. The group has released only one song to date. And the instrumental version of the song was also released by the group, PinkFantasy SHY.
