Pick Me Up, Infinite Gacha Chapter 79 will be airing next week! Previously, Seojin noticed that Niflheimr was inviting people from different lobbies to join the service which he once taught. He decided to take a hiatus and return there in order to participate and meet who the new leader was.
Meanhwile, he leaves Edis in charge of the current lobby to take care of everything while he was gone. Seojin was now getting closer to meeting all the former heroes he taught in Niflheimr and will probably find out how much the lobby had changed since his disappearance.
The upcoming chapter will witness Seojin revisiting Niflheimr after five months, while Edis tries to train and help the party members to grow stronger before combat.
Recap
Ysel and Seojin notice that Niflheimr had posted something in a long time. It had been around five months since their last post after Seojin as ‘Loki’, had disappeared from the place. Seojin guessed that either Sirris or Yurneth would be given the authority, and believed it was Yureth who ended up getting it.
The post was recruiting people from other lobbies as a service and training them. The ones selected would be trained by some of the top instructors in the best facilities offered by Niflheimr. Seojin tells Ysel that he too used to do such services as they would earn him easy gems.
Ysel asks if Anytng would be willing to join it, and Seojin was suspecting that since they did join Ragnar Loki’s fan cafe, he might have a chance of getting a response back. Using her powers, Ysel writes an e-mail to Anytng but is exhausted when there’s no reply.
After deciding to join the recruitment and return back to Niflheimr, Seojin pays a visit to Edis. Edis is surprised to see him, but Seojin asks her to come for a chat. He asks how the members are doing, and she tells him that the old man was fine and Aaron was training harder than ever.
However the first floor members weren’t doing all that great. Ever since the mishap of the previous mission, even those who were willing to participate in combat were now hesitant. Seeing members of Party 3 at their death bed made them fearful of becoming fighters.
He acknowledges that the survival rate of the fighters are extremely low and that the overall balance between the combats supporters and sub parties was unstable. Seojin goes on to say that proper training and experience is necessary to solve the issue.
Most of the members of Party 3 were inexperienced in fighting with bosses, which led to many of them dying. Seojin then breaks the news that he would be gone for a month, and he wanted Edis to take lead till then. She asks him where he’s going, and he decides to tell her that he’d be leaving to another lobby.
Till now, Edis had no idea of the existence of different lobbies, and Seojin was telling her that nearly a hundred million were currently existing. Edis is shocked to hear about this, and Seojin adds on that it’s just an estimate and there’s probably much more.
He reassures her that they won’t be crossing with more than ten lobbies anyhow, and leaves with her saying she’ll do the best she can to take over while he was gone. After leaving, Seojin realizes that he would soon be meeting all the heroes he once trained.
He goes back to Ysel who opens up the portal of space and time. Seojin successfully crosses over to Niflheimr and believes that during his absence, the current lobby he was in would be successful under the hands of Edis.
