Pearl Abyss has teamed up with TCL to showcase Crimson Desert at ChinaJoy 2026, giving attendees a chance to play the open-world action RPG during the annual gaming exhibition in Shanghai.
The playable demo is available at the TCL booth in Hall N4 from July 31 through August 3, featuring 10 demo stations equipped with premium gaming monitors.
According to Pearl Abyss, the ChinaJoy demo offers players around 10 minutes of gameplay focused on the game’s combat system and base liberation mechanics, including content from the Root Fortress to the Divine Beast encounter. Players can also freely explore the world, switch characters, and experience the game’s open-world traversal.
A Pearl Abyss representative said,
“At the TCL booth, visitors can experience the core combat and base gameplay of Crimson Desert for about 10 minutes. The demo allows for free exploration, including character switching and open world traversal. We hope that both Korean users visiting ChinaJoy and local Chinese users will feel free to enjoy Crimson Desert.”
The booth also showcases TCL’s high-end displays, including ultra-wide monitors supporting 5K resolution and 240Hz refresh rates, highlighting the game’s large-scale environments and fast-paced combat.
