‘Pawn Stars’ Season 19 Episode 5 will see Pumas from the past and words of historical figures embracing the show. Also, it seems like there is a Nintendo heaven that would be present in the shop as well. Before we move to that, we had quite a pop-culture-centric episode recently that also had a one-of-a-kind part of that Nintendo heaven we mentioned. Especially because most of the items that came into the shop were related to every other form of Pop culture. Right from comics to video games to classic rock music.
So, to begin with, an iconic Batman comic that is pretty rare started the show. Followed by an action figure of an iconic tennis player. A bunch of clean medals. A Donald Duck bike right away which left Rick amused. Pink Flamingos, which weren’t exactly Pink, though. Then like we said, a TV that pretty much defined a kind of Nintendo Gaming Experience. Lastly, a Guns ‘N Roses box set and a poster of The Last Five Singing Cowboys. So here is a look at everything that has happened lately in the show.
‘Pawn Stars’ S19 E04 Recap
Previously on ‘Pawn Stars’ Season 19, we opened up with Batman Number 1 from 1940 walking into the shop. Hands down, it is one of the biggest comics out there, leaving Corey speechless. The seller’s asking price of $250,000 made Corey speechless further. Expert Steve mentioned this book, for some reason, was falling down in price, which is strange. So Corey had to pass on it. Meanwhile, Rick took a look at an unreleased Andre Agassi Action figure with a certificate of authenticity. Expert Steve valued it a little low than what the seller expected, resulting in a no-deal between him and Rick.
Chumlee was looking at a mystery sword. Due to a few flaws on the same, he passed on it. Then a man brought a bunch of British medals that were clean and in great condition. Even the boxes. Expert Mark-Hall Patton was impressed by them as well. Rick came to buy them at $1,625. A Shelby Donald Duck Bicycle came in with Rick and Chum looking at it. Although the seller wanted $3,000, Rick pointed a few flaws and needs of restoration. With them in mind, Rick bought it for $2,250.
A pair of Pink Flamingos signed by the inventor of Pink Flamingo, Don Featherstone, came into the store. These were red in color, though and for that, Chum had to take the price down to $325 in order to buy them. Meanwhile, Rick went to Bob in order to restore the Shelby Donald Duck Bicycle. Luckily it will only cost Rick $350 for restoration. Next, a limited edition Guns ‘N Roses Appetite For Destruction box set came into the shop. There were all classic singles and albums. Corey believes he has seen more of these out there and bought it for $185.
A Sharp Nintendo Game Television was next in the shop. It was completely working, but it wasn’t the square box Nintendo everyone played with. So Corey bought it for $650. Next, we had a poster of The Last Five Singing Cowboys that came with signatures. Expert Steve Grad valued it at around $350, and Rick bought it for $225. The episode closed with Bob bringing in the completely restored Shelby Donald Duck Bicycle.
