Synopsis
Min Jae Yi, our female protagonist, is the best daughter anyone could ask for. She understands the value her engagement to the son of the Second State Councilor holds- the honor and virtue her family will receive through this marriage transaction.
Our Crown Prince, Hwan on the other hand hides a secret behind his arrogant and pompous atitude. He’s approached by a supernatural being who hands him a cursed letter flipping his whole life upside down.
While Jae Yi works on becoming the perfect wife and daughter for her in-laws, she’s hit with a tragic event that changes her life- her family is murdered just four days before her marriage! What’s worse, Jae Yi is the prime suspect in their murder!
These two strangers who’ve recently undergone a tragedy are brought together by fate. Jae Yi promises to help break Hwan’s curse if he helps prove herself innocent in court. As the two of them make a deal to aid each other in their goals, destiny has other plans for them.
As they both continue their journey dead set on achieving their goals, the amount of time they’ve spent with each other makes room for romance to blossom. But will their love be able to survive all the consequences that follow with it?
What Happened in the last episode of Our Blooming Youth?
In the latest episode of Our Blooming Youth i.e Episode 5, the story continues with the solving of the serial murder case that was assigned by Hwan as the last test. After finally meeting, Myeong Jin, Jae Yi, Hwan and Ga Ram scurry to solve the new Cardinal Point Case, which seems almost impossible to them.
In the midst of their goal at finding out the mystery behind the case, Seong On is on a different track- he can’t help but feel humiliated at the thought of having to compete against Sun Dol. Against the whole idea, he has not one but two things that keep him bothered.
The other thing that Seong On cannot bear the sight of is seeing our Crown Prince Hwan, and Sun Dol become more intimate with one another. As their relationship blossoms, Seong On feels jealous and helpless at the same time.
Amid the whole chaos around the main event of case-solving, problems regarding one’s personal relations and connections are another worry in Episode 5.
