Oniichan wa Oshimai! Episode 7 has three different events with the first one concerning Mahiro and his friends for the upcoming exam. Given that Mahiro has a mind of an older person, he feels good about the subject and is nervous about the exam. However, while giving the exam, Mahiro is reminded of cozy the school is for sleeping and falls asleep even though he could get a full score on the exam.
Except for math, Mahiro is bad and when the results come out, they are disappointing but his friends feel relieved thinking that he is one of them. The next part of the episode saw Mahiro talking with girls and even wondering what girls talk about since he likes and wants to talk about them but the girls are interested in something else.
He overhears the boys in his class talking about games and finally feels relieved after speaking to them about it. However, this conversation also gets awkward when he realizes the age difference between them and they do not know things that he knows. The last part of the episode saw the girls and Mahiro baking cookies for the class activity.
Since they want to do this activity perfectly, Momoji and Mahiro ask Kaedo to teach them how to bake cookies and she is happy to do so because she always wanted to bake cookies with her little sister. Kaede jokingly tells Mahiro that the secret recipe for baking cookies is love and she also taught this to Mihari, Mahiro realizes that Mihari always put her heart into it when she baked cookies for her when she was younger.
They do well in class activities and everyone likes the chocolate even though Miyo was involved in it. Mahiro remembers to take some cookies for Mihari and the latter is over the moon to receive cookies from Mahiro.
