The chapter starts with Nirvana and Dokja (in Joonhyeok’s body) inside the fourth wall. Dokja (in Joonhyeok’s body) wasn’t getting by any of Nirvana’s attacks inside the fourth wall. If this was in real life, Nirvana’s attack would’ve killed him, but it’s different in the fourth wall. Dokja possessed Yoo Joonghyeok, which means that place was Yoo Joonghyeok’s consciousness.
